Why we process your data

We process contact and company information to assess your request, prepare a proposal, communicate before entering into a contract and, where applicable, perform an EC REP mandate. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and protecting legal claims.

What we collect

The eligibility form may collect your name, work email, company, country, device class, documentation status, message and campaign attribution data. Do not submit patient data, health data or confidential technical documentation through the initial form. We will provide a controlled document-transfer route when required.

Recipients and retention

Data may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, email delivery, analytics and business communication under appropriate agreements. We retain enquiries for the period necessary to handle the request and defend potential claims. Contract and regulatory records are retained for the periods required by applicable law and the mandate.

Analytics

Your rights
